Payment & Insurance Information
At Revive 2 Thrive Wellness, we value a direct and transparent relationship between patient and provider. To protect that connection, we do not accept commercial health insurance.
We believe that traditional insurance models often create unnecessary barriers to personalized care while contributing to rising healthcare costs. If you wish to submit your own claim, we are happy to provide a superbill for reimbursement. Please note that most insurance plans do not cover functional or integrative medicine services. However, conventional lab testing and imaging ordered by your clinician are typically covered. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider to confirm coverage details.
Revive 2 Thrive Wellness operates as a fee-for-service practice. All visits and services must be paid in full at the time of your appointment.
